Chapters one through eight have already been submitted and accepted by the Federal Aviation Administration. Chapters nine through 13 are new, and summarize the Noise Compatibility process, review, analysis, findings and recommendations. We will continue to accept comments on these draft chapters through Friday, December 11, 2009. For your convenience, the entire draft report is provided below, followed by the sections that were produced for each study phase..
